We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We check incoming orders and payments at least 3 times a week. We will process paid orders once a week. Orders for which payment has not yet been received have a longer delivery time. Orders that can fit through the letterbox are offered by post once a week. And packages (that cannot fit through the letterbox) are offered to PostNL once a week, who will take care of the further shipping. As soon as the order has been sent by us, you will receive an e-mail. After this, you will generally have the order at the specified delivery address within 24 hours. Your order can be delivered to the delivery address on all days except Sundays and Mondays. If you are not at home, PostNL will first try to deliver the package to your neighbours. If this is not possible, PostNL will offer the package again the next working day or take the package to a PostNL location nearby. If your order is not in stock, we will contact you by e-mail. Of course, you will receive an email when the ordered product is back in stock and we can proceed with shipping. If the order is not completely in stock, we will wait with shipping until the entire order is complete. We will also contact you about this by email. Ordered items that appear to be out of stock can be cancelled free of charge and you will receive the prepaid amount back.
